I ordered a BLT Unwich with no tomato and extra bacon. I recieved a less then mediocre sandwich. Two pieces of bacon and lots of... tomatos, i see a spot of mayo i think. I called to express my concern and was told the manager would speak to me and i needed tohold for 1 minute.... Its now been 13 minutes and no one is picking up there held call.... WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET TO ORDERFROM. . Finally after 15 minutes spoke to the manager... she was extremely rude and stated" Well what do you want me to do aboutit? Jimmy John's is pretty standardized whatever city you're in. Great if you order verbatim an item from the preset menu-- it's... done before you can even pay for it. If you go customizing, it gets overpriced and confusing. Also, this one has an odd habit offorgetting to lock the doors after they've torn down for the night. Read more
Awesome sandwiches! My family and I just finished eating there. There was only one woman running the entire store! She rocked... it! Stayed cool and calm. She needs a raise!
