This review is pretty specifically for the drive through from 6am to 8am. I work night shift and sometimes I get off work early... and I go through the drive through on weekdays for an egg sandwich when I get off work. It's almost always the same dudeworking, and he is always really pleasant to deal with. He works fast, is friendly, the food is always hot. It's a goodexperience. Updating in summer of 2022, the dude I mentioned above apparently works in the back now, still doing a great job.Newer staff doing a great job too for breakfast. Went in to the lobby at around 1-2 on a Monday afternoon 3 weeks in a row and it was closed. The 3rd time I actually saw an... employee and asked when they have their lobby open and was told they're short staffed but I could walk through thedrive-thru. Excuse me? Why does your online info say your lobby is open? Why would anyone feel safe walking through adrive-thru? When someone pulls in behind me starts honking, and gets mad at me for standing in the drive-thru, I dont expectthe BK staff to have my back if theyre so shorthanded they cant ring me up at a POS in the lobby that's 10 feet from theirdrive-thru window. I've been to a lot of Burger Kings and this one easily has the worst customer service/food quality that I've seen, staff is... usually rude. Food is sloppily put together and orders are often wrong, avoid unless it's the only thing open at the time. Read more

Place is an absolute joke. We went there with the simple intent of getting an ice cream cone. When we got to the drive through... they proceeded to tell us they didn?t have any burgers. No burgers at Burger King? No problem though just looking for a cone.Then she says they don?t have any cones. So we said we?d take it in a cup. Then She tells us the ice cream is?really soft?. Shesaid it wasn?t thick at all. Basically doing anything possible to keep us from getting anything. Save your time and money. Goout to the east Duluth location if you want Burger King in the area.
