This place is a ghost town with a completely shuttered lobby and indifferent staff. I love the bagels but won?t deal with the... lack of concern about customer experience and building a community. With the new Starbuck's this location is toast. Read more
This place is a shadow of its former self. The Google description shows Dine-in. That's a lie. They haven't had Dine-in for at... least 2 & 1/2 years. The former dining room has NO tables and chairs. You can sit outside when the weather is nice but that'snot "Dine-in". I did go to sit outside. The bagel was okay but the coffee was luke warm. Read more
While we were in line we saw mulitple peoples bagels being cut before being packaged up. The Cashier didnt bother to cut our... bagels just put them into a bag, then charged us for the bakers dozen even though we only ordered 6 bagels not 12. Then when wewere paying for shmear, the cashier was back & fourth with saying. "It'ss way more expensive" and "It's not" then back to "It'sway more expensive" . Read more
Doordashed bagels from here didn't cut all the bagels and forgot our whole tub of cream cheese making the entire meal dry bread... and not edible at this point could've gotten better at the dollar store good thing doordash took care of it won't be going backhere was an amazing location when I was a child Read more
