We had a mobile order with 2 specialty boxes one was vegetarian and the other was regular to start the didn?t box them so I had... no idea which was which till I realized they didn?t even put the second crunch wrap in and the other wrap was half open so Iwent back and asked them for it to be fixed the fixed the regular one and the black bean one was incorrect again I only hadblack bean and cheese in it when it was supposed to be a black bean wrap with everything except sour cream and add potatoes butno it just had beans and cheese worst Taco Bell ever workers need to take a minute to do each order properly and and there wasliterally another customer who came in while I was there who was also missing part of there order sooooo this place sucks Read more
They have kiosks where you can place your order because they are understaffed, which is understandable. But, the kiosk doesn't... offer a receipt without the patron having to give Taco Bell a phone number or email. Why should I need to give Taco Bellpersonal marketing information in order to obtain a receipt? When I gently floated the idea of having the kiosks offer receiptswithout having to give a phone number or email to one of the employees, they said, "Well, you could just choose the option topay in cash up front." Terrible response. 1) If there were a cashier available up front, there would be no need to use thekiosk. 2) Suggesting a customer should have to carry around cash instead of acknowledging a flaw (though, obviously a designedone) in their system is dismissive and solves nothing. I made it clear to the guy that I knew he personally couldn't do anythingabout it, but general feedback couldn't hurt. If I'm that employee, I'm letting my manager know that people don't like thatfunction (or dysfunction) of the kiosks and thanking the customer for their input. Instead, their response was basically, "Well,come to the unmanned counter with cash next time." Forget quality service. That's not even basic service. I'm going to eat thisgarbage food now. Toodles! Went today to get a quick lunch. Did I say quick! I was in the drive through line for 20 minutes before I even moved an inch.... Then another 15 minutes to get to the 3rd in line. Total time in drive thru was 45 minutes. I had a 30 min break and am now lateback to work. And there is no way to get out of line. Pretty smart on your end Taco Bel. I Will never go here again and they areRUDE! Such a waste for sub par food too. I could have gone to a sit down place for less money and less time!!! So bugged!!! Read more
Just had the most disappointing chicken quesadilla. It didn?t have any of the chipotle sauce in it. Just some half melted cheese... and half warm chicken in a quesadilla. Not at all worth $6. I literally had to look up if Taco Bell changed the quesadillarecipe. Of course I didn?t discover the lack of sauce until I got home. Read more

Holy cow! I have never waited so long for a steak quesadilla and a baja blast in my life! No joke, it took 45 minutes to get my... food which I have to say is outrageous. I can't give this taco bell below 2 stars because the steak quesadilla is so good andthat Baja blast is amazing. I would recommend going to a different taco bell if this one has more than 3 cars in the drive thru. Read more
