This place has always been spendy but Now, they are Soo Expensive! My goodness, and I really didn't even see anything I wanted... to order other than just a fountain drink. I quickly changed my mind after seeing it'd cost me like Four Dollars!?? No thankyou. My friends order of six taco's were so poorly put "together" messy and sloppy half the ???? guts didn't make it in theshell, you would've thought they used the wrapper as the shell instead. All six were just ridiculous and they weren't even busy.No lobby guests and we were the only customers in drive thru. Bad enough six taco's cost dang near twenty dollars right, then tohave not one taco look like a friggin taco and get a massive sloppy greasy soggy mess. Not a good experience. I am giving this Jack 1***! Honestly I don't care for JNB food ever ! My rating my not be fare but it will be honest. If Iam... starving and broke I would buy the 2 for 1.25$ Hard Tacos. This location has no hiring standards. During ordering they entered in my sandwich wrong. I was concerned because the sandwich... name appeared incorrect and upon bringing this up the woman she was rude and proceeded to tell me that "that's what I put" (itwas not). I paid and left but when I got home I checked my receipt to realize she had put BOTH of my sandwiches wrong (I orderedtwo total). To top it off, the sandwiches we were given (though incorrect to what I had ordered) were cold and this was justminutes after having received them. I will not be returning and you should reconsider. Drove through the drive through at around midnight on the way home from the airport. The employee taking our order was very... rude and wanted us to order as SOON as we drove up and when we asked for a moment he told us then we'd have to wait fiveminutes. He was pretty rude - there were many better ways to say the same thing and still offer good customer service. Read more

After a very long, busy day, I stopped at this Jack in the Box with such an appetite that everything on the menu looked good. I... got a Buttery Swiss Bacon and Mushroom Jack meal, which I love.
