I do not like to give negative reviews but had to do so this time. I went inside the restaurant at about 4:30 or 5pm on a... Saturday and there were abt 2 tables of people and a couple waiting to receive their order so there was no one online waiting toplace an order. There was about 5 or 6 people behind the counter and I waited about 5 mins before someone asked me for my order.I thought to walk out without the order. I still believe staff should not carry on personal conversations with each other evenif customer is busy paying for the order. By the time I left, there were about 7 people waiting. This is ridiculous. The worstpart is the chicken in the salad was so mushy and the lettuce had brown ends, the salad was thrown out. This is not the firsttime I had to wait awhile to place an order in an almost empty restaurant. They need much better management and training inmaking the food correctly. Read more
The woman working the drive thru this afternoon (9/19 @ 12:30ish) was incredibly rude. Rushed me my entire order. When there was... no straw in the bag, I asked for one, and she forced it into my hand saying, ?Check the bag next time.? and slammed thewindow. The meal was very good. The only downside was of the 2 soda machines only one was working and didn't dispense ice. You had to... ask and wait for an associate to bring you a cup of ice. Read more
This place has gone downhill literally. They are very slow service. And always messing up your order. Then the manager grabs my... fries from another employee with his fingers touching the inside of my fries. To top it off fries were old! After he touchesthe register and everything else. By far the WORST Wendy?s I?ve ever been to; AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I went in and got extremely slow service even though I was the... front of the line. It took a while from the last order in front of me to the Cashier acknowledging my existence. After waitingabout 20 minutes I was lucky to even notice he got my very simple order wrong. It then took five extra minutes to void theorder, and even longer to see my thing of fries being put in the bag which delayed an extra 15 minutes. Probably the worstaspect of all is after correcting multiple times I walked away paying full price for the wrong food! I was so angry I looked upthe customer complaint line and after waiting another 15 minutes they hung up on me mid call. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!
