We?d give this experience 5 stars but we had stale chips and the pico was not the freshest. The meat portions need to be larger... than what?s given. We overheard a few customers telling the servers to at more meat to their meals and we couldn?t blame themonce we saw what we got. Overall taste of our meals was good but left more to be desired. Good food but the temperature in the restaurant is extremely cold and the line is usually very long!! We couldn?t even eat in... the restaurant because we ran out of time due to the long line. The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Perpetually understaffed with new employees every week, seemingly. If you order on the app... over dinnertime expect to wait 30-60 minutes later than the promise time, meanwhile in person orders are getting fulfilled rightaway. And there's always something wrong with the order. I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt and will never step foot inhere again. Management needs to take a serious look at what they are doing. HORRIBLE PLACE! I ordered through the app and when I got there my order was clearly forgotten about! The woman doing my order... did not know what she was doing I had to walk her through every step! There was NOTHING available! No beans, no rice no lettuceand over all, I added guacamole to both my bowls and since there was no guacamole I got none and still wasn?t able to get moneyback for that nor was I compensated for them not having the majority of the items that I PAID for.
