Quite frankly the WORST customer experience I have had in my entire life. I ordered food for delivery. Keep in mind I live less... than 3 minutes away. The person who answered the phone was quite rude. Right after he took my order he hung up on memid-sentence and did not give me a chance to pay. When the driver arrived over an hour later I let him know what happened. Thedriver then told me to call the restaurant and pay over the phone and then got in his car and left. 5 minutes after paying Ireceived a phone call from the driver's personal phone number and was berated and SCREAMED at because I did not leave a bigenough tip when in reality the man who I spoke to on the phone messed up. I feel absolutely disrespected and also feel like myprivacy is violated. The driver was threatening and has both my personal phone number and address. On top of this horribleexperience, the food mediocre at best. I will never be ordering from there again! Read more
I totally agree with the latest review, very rude person answers calls. I'll never have to speak to him again because I'll never... order the horrible food they have. A very poor excuse for a Chinese resturant, food has no flavor and badly cooked. Avoid thisplace. They need to find a real cook. Read more
Fantastic Chinese food!!! As someone who has enjoyed Chinese food all my life I can confirm that their food is delicious. No... complaints whatsoever. Visiting family here in Darien from Tampa Bay and this happens to be their go-to restaurant for Chinesetakeout which they enjoy very much. I had Chicken and Broccoli, Pork fried rice, Pork lo mein, Pork ribs, and Fried wontons. Ienjoyed everything! No complaints here. Fresh, with minimal grease with excellent flavor! I highly recommend! Worst Chinese around. Young man who takes orders is incredibly rude. Knows nothing about customer service. Even hangs up on... customers if he doesn?t agree with them. Food is not good either. Fried dough of mine had a roach in his rice the last one heordered. Disgusting! Please avoid at all costs. Read more
