What?s the point of having a drive thru if I can?t even use it to pick up an online order?? Simple order, 2 bowls, small coleslaw and 1 biscuit.. Never got the biscuit, and was charged for it. I never complain but this... is 3 times at the same KFC with different employees. The attitude of the workers along with always shorting my order leaves meto believe they are prejudice against whites. I feel they short our order intentionally.
