Not the fault of the location, but you can only turn one way out of this parking lot now and it?s pretty inconvenient.
I placed a big order this morning and the whole AM team was very polite. There is a lady I think she is the manager, she was... very hands on and very quick and organized and made sure to thank me for my order. I have another Dunkin? that is closer to mebut I don?t mind driving a little out my way for such good customer service and fresh breakfast. Read more
It's been awhile since I had this bad of an experience at Dunkin. They can't even get bottled drinks right.
Feb. 21st 9am, what's so hard about taking orders and giving the customer what's they paid for/ asked for. All you have to do is... listen that it. This dunkin has a bad, not poor, bad crew, they need more then just training! They are Is robbing us of a good Experience and service I don't understand why their managers have not done anything about it for the last 2 months! I HOPE THEBBB See this and does a surprise vist..!!! Maybe then we can get better service or something better in that spot instead of adunkin ! Read more
