The food here is rarely fresh. I have been to other McDonald's where they know how to time the food so that even though it's... fast it's fresh. Here they seem to not have mastered that. I don't want food that's been sitting in the warming tray for hours. Read more
Depending on who is working on the quality of the food. Ordered 4 fish filets, fries & drinks for table service. Our food was... never brought to us. It was packed up and left on the pickup counter. When I asked where our food was & why it wasn't brought toour table the manager informed me that they were not doing table service due to being short staffed. So why did the cashier tellme they'd bring my food to the table? Sat down to eat & found that ALL the filet of fish sandwiches had a MINISCULE AMOUNT OFSAUCE. I had to bring every sandwich back to the counter to be made properly. The fries were extremely over cooked too. Themanager is not accommodating at all. Didn't offer any help & acted as if I was the one being a problem. Nor did she offer anytype of coupon or comp us for all our meals being made improperly. Oh & we got to sit there & watch RATS running in & out of thegarbage cans & around the outside dinning area. Do yourself a favor & go to a different MCDONALD'S. On a side note- TheBrookfield CT store is much nicer all around. Read more

I've been to this particular McDonald's location various times to give it multiple second chances to redeem itself but every... time I go it's always we don't have baked goods we don't have ice cream sometimes they even say they don't have nuggets.
