Those leaving harsh criticisms should be more considerate when writing reviews. Several of the employees working there are kind... kids who are trying their best. Half the complaints are out of their control to begin with. I?ve never had a problem w thoseserving me & I understand that most of them are teens at their first job. They do not want you to leave unsatisfied or paying anarm for ice cream- they?re just doing what they?re paid to do!! Read more
Does not live up to the TV hype.The ice cream was half melted and the cone stale. The amount they give you is small and super... expensive. The place looked unsanitary and the only good experience was the young lady who was quite helpful and provided goodservice.If you are in the mood for ice cream you would be better off buying it at a grocery store. Took my grandson for ice cream. They have a Super Mario promotion going. Three different flavors, none he would eat. They... wouldn't give him a mario cup because he didn't like those flavors. Cold Stones premise is to make your own flavors. Maybe theyshould think about that when marketing to children. Read more
