Understaffed. Only two people on working diligently. Long wait at drive thru even sfterordering in advance
I get help is hard to come by but this place is the most dysfunctional DD's I've ever been to! Most time you can't walk in, THE... DOOR IS LOCKED! Or the app is constantly down so you can't order ahead for drive-thru service!! If you can order ahead, whomevertells you "You're all set, drive up", isn't the same person handing you your order, THAT person has no idea what you're at thewindow for, you have to specifically tell them what you ordered!! This entire place desperately needs a major redesign plan fordrive-up service, or knock it down and start over with more land to work with!! Read more
