I mean they get the job done. Its fast food, but mediocre speed service. Order ahead. Don't sit 7 years in a drive thru. Order... in person, for. Walk in, via mobile order. Employees are young, they arent going to pull an arm/length for faster service gettinpaid $12/hr. Read more
Food was fine, as really all fast food should be consistent, with little/no variation each time it is made. The problem is the... drive-thru. Having visited this particular Dunkin Donuts several times before, and experienced long wait times each time, Istarted a timer from when I entered as the last car in line to when I completed my transaction. Just under 17 minutes for twosandwiches and a donut. It's fine if you've got the time for that at 7:15 in the morning, but if you have to be somewhere (Idon't know, maybe work?) and expect a "quick stop" on the way, expect to be late to your destination. To be fair, I'm not surethey can really do much to improve the wait time. The employees appeared to be working both diligently and cooperatively. I have come to this DD for 2years now, as a fmr DD manager this place WAS top notch. I could honestly say I couldnt find... anything wrong with them until they recently changed their morning staff (or just in general). I have gotten luke warm breakfastsandwiches and hashbrowns, to my coffee (which i never change) made wrong or something wrong with it (just not a few times),longer waits at the drive thru, even not getting a good greeting. then there was one morning, I happen to watch the sandwichmaker while wearing gloves, pick up something off the ground. Honestly, if i wasnt such in a rush to work i wouldve made a bigdeal out of it as since its a huge food safety violation. Ive been on that other side of the isle and know nothing will behandled properly, and thus why I have decided to post this here and to take my business elsewhere. All I can say is stay away from this Dunkin. Went there yesterday ordered a peppermint mocha latte and they gave me somebody... else?s order didn?t realize it till I drove off then I said I?ll give him another chance went back today for a peppermint mochalatte they gave me one but it was completely watered down and overloaded with milk. Absolutely disgusting. Never going back,I?d rather go to Starbucks and pay the extra money for better quality. Read more
