Seriously...this location is doing everything possible NOT to serve you. I arrive at 6:30 pm. The doors are locked with signs... that say online orders only noon-6. Another sign says they are open until 10pm. Well, at 6:30 the employees must have wanted toleave early because chairs are on the tables and at least 3 other people have walked up to the locked doors and left while i sithere typing this review. It is only a matter of time before this location closes if this is how the staff runs it. Read more
This location went downhill quick, my only assumption would be poor management and underpaid workers. This chipotle used to be... solid but last night I was able to order, get a confirmation time and email, my card was charged, but the store is closed when Igot there at 8. Saw 3 others come to pickup orders at your closed location. You need to refund everyone for your nonexistentservice. Read more
So they?ll abruptly close at 4pm on a Friday. Poor management, obviously $13.75/hour isn?t enough to get staff. Perhaps Steve... Went around 8:30pm. The food was good (as usual), but everything else was in disarray. We had to wait several minutes for... someone to take our order. Literally every table was messy. There were no forks. Both restrooms were occupied by staff for avery long time. The most charitable explanation is that we caught them at a bad time when they were understaffed. Read more
