Worst service/food ever! Ordered a 5 piece chicken strips in the drive through. No one ahead of us, no one behind us. Asked a... few questions. The lady was so short with us. The food came and it was filled with 10 pieces of cold, dried out batter pieces!It had to have been done on purpose. There was hardly any chicken and certainly not strips. $15 waste of money. The food here has been great and the staff seems always ontop of cleanliness. I feel this would be my favorite carls jr and i... appreciate the atmosphere in this store. The down side is a broken latch on a bathroom stall though the bathroom was cleanotherwise. Restrooms unbeknownst to most restaurants is one of their greatest tools for customer satisfaction and retention.This restaurant is one of the better ones but i hope theyll make it a special project even as soon as 10-3-2022 so that soon asthe next day they can say "10-4" "over and out" job complete.
