Decent enough but I'm not sure why there's so much hype about this place. For $50 I expected more. Service was mediocre, the... server didn't check on us and it took a long time to get our food. The sushi is mediocre as well. The salmon on the rainbowroll was sliced super thin. The cowboy roll was way too greasy. It was okay overall but I think there are better places outthere for the price. Had no idea that the BEST sushi place in Utah would be right around the corner from me! I have traveled to west valley city... seeking an authentic sushi place but unfortunately was disappointed. Excellent sushi! I highly recommend the Sunset - the lemon slices make the whole thing so refreshing. The fire fire is a must -... mainly for the ooh's and ahh's of the presentation. It's tasty too, but not the best roll they have. Yhe fire lends a littlesmokiness to the sushi, which is fun and different. The Hawaii roll is super good too!
