We ordered DoorDash for our office and since your DoorDash menu does not show creamed spinach and pulled chicken in the menu... your website does, we put it in the notes. We actually paid more than the website price for the pulled chicken so it should nothave been a problem. They did not follow the notes or even bother to read them. I called and a very rude man in a Spanish voiceclaimed to be the manager and that they were out of spinach (highly doubtful) and then proceeded to argue with me over the notesthat he did not read on the order then hung up when I requested they send a proper replacement or refund. I was not sure about this takeout joint, similar to a food truck with no tables or a restroom, but it exceeded my expectations.... The prices are normal for the area. I had the quarter white meat roasted chicken, which was fall off the bone good. The mashedpotatoes are homemade and whipped to perfection with no lumps. The steamed broccoli was tender and in small pieces that stillhad some crisp but not rubbery or soggy. I probably could have had a million of the corn bread muffins. They are sweet andtasty. I was not aware of the order ahead on the app and would certainly recommend that for quicker service, but not that ourswas slow. I definitely recom.end going here. First off, I really, really like the food these guys make. It's an easy five stars. Pure deliciousness, every time. My issue is... with delivery options. I Door Dashed the buffalo chicken salad, small mac&cheese, and two corn breads. Per their website menuprices, this should have cost $14.25 (very fair). Unfortunately, the Door Dash app has the meal prices marked up by roughly 50%each. On top of that you have service fees and driver tip ($5.50 in this case). All told, I ended up paying $34.75. So an extra$20.50 just to have it delivered less than 5 miles. I would order from this place a ton more if they got these deliver chargesunder control. Read more
