If the bagels were great, it would be worth the hassle, but they?re okay. There?s not much flavor and don?t expect your order to... be right. I would say 9/10 times my order has been incorrect. Not sure how challenging it is to make a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese ona bagel?.but of the times I?ve come here, it?s been wrong every time except once. The staff is very friendly and the location isconvenient. But if there was a more convenient option, I wouldn?t be coming back here after the mind boggling ways they can geta BEC wrong. Read more
I love the bagels and want them to be successful. A lot of work needed to get the service right. Ordering is confusing and... countertop delivery of orders in disorganized. Completed orders sit without being delivered and they are eventually announcedby whichever employee walks by, looks for the fifth time at the order and the contents and eventually pulls it together. Afterthat, the bagels and food is great, but the process is really painful. I will be the first to give 5 stars if that gets sortedout! Read more
This place is the absolute worst. They never answer the phone (on a phone system that has been supposedly getting fixed for 2... years now). 9 out of the 10 times the order is wrong despite reading the order back and confirming it 3 times. COMPLETELY OVERPRICED. Imagine paying $14, after tax, for ham and Swiss on a croissant!!! Unbelievable. Legit the last time I order from theestablishment. I try to support local but it?s hard to when they haven?t had a single order right over the past two years (8-10orders). Read more
Stopped in on a Friday morning to grab a taylor ham, egg and cheese and it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. They were busy... but not crazy busy. It's a Friday and people need to get to work. If it's going to take 20 minutes, at least have thecourtesy to warn me there's a backup when I'm ordering so I can decide whether or not to wait. Once I've paid, I'm stuck. Read more

Unfortunately for the third time I have received an incorrect order. Twice it has been missing an item and other times the... wrong item (ie we ordered a bagel with light vegetable cream cheese and ended up getting a bagel with the tiniest amount ofregular cream cheese). We have also waited for 45 minutes for an order and then, after complaining to management privately,received an inadequate response. We started going here during the pandemic when TFAB was closed and continued doing so becauseit is closer to home, but we will gladly go out of our way for better service. Read more
