There is a manager there, I wish I knew his name, but he keeps his cool under all sorts of pressure. I've seen them so busy... that it takes 45 min to get an order. Needless to say customers weren't happy. I could tell that he was doing all he could toget people their food, putting up with their comments and still being kind. They consistently get orders wrong during busy hours. It happened before and it happened just barely. The only recourse you can... take is by going in and having them fix your order or cash refund. I had driven back to my home and that?s when I saw my orderhad been messed up. It?s not worth an additional 20 minutes of driving for two McChickens or a $5 refund.
