So I literally just left this location. I ordered a big Mac meal size large, pay for it then go to the 2nd window and I'm handed... a regular sized drink and a big Mac meal with a large fry. I didn't think it was a big deal so I told the cashier that I theygot the drink size wrong, she replied "oh but you didn't get charged for it" I said oh ok and was about to drive off until Ilooked at my receipt and I indeed got charged for it, so I knock on the window and the girl gives me a unfavorable look and cameto the window and I told her I did pay for the large drink and she repeated 3 times no you didnt you weren't charged for it, butwouldn't even look at my receipt one time. After a lil back n forth she gave me my large drink full of ice filled 3 quarters.She was acting like by giving me something I paid for was coming out of her check. She needs to find a new job and this locationneeds to do a staff check. Something that shouldve simply been corrected turned into a bad experience. I've lived on the East Side for about 17 years now, and for as long as I can remember, this McDonald's has ALWAYS had pretty... much the worst service, period. There's usually 9+ staff members in there, but it takes 15+minutes to make a Medium Fry and aShake? ???? Read more
Decent food some staff are excellent others are miserable. I get that it might not be the most glamorous job but if you hate... people as much as some of these people you absolutely shouldn't work at a fast food joint. There's something very strange about McDonald's locations that close well before their posted times. According to the door and... according to the app this place closes their dining room at 10:00 p.m. I order to head through the app for a pickup inside butwhen I went to the door it was locked. I tried another door and it was locked as well. It is only about 9:30. I've seen a lot ofMcDonald's do this and I honestly don't understand it.
