I've been to many Starbucks in and outside the country. This is perhaps the least reliable of all. To be clear, the staff is... usually very nice. So this has got to be a problem at the management level. Read more
They never have decaf iced coffee. I?ve been three times (this is a new Starbucks to me) and they have only offered shots of... decaf espresso. Read more
There 27min with no other line and 1 pickup no dark roast and forgot size twice forgot cream 4 times and didnt want me to use... the hand sanitizer "it was for staff" on customer side of counter. Blocked exit with chairs and cones stating would be closedSOON go around. Read more

11/3/22 Went to drive through. The line moved good with about five cars ahead of me. My caramel macchiato was delicious.
