Pleasantly surprised at how good Fresh Craft Grille was. Weary of some of the bad reviews, but decided to stop in as GPS showed... it was close by driving. Staff was friendly and service was fairly quick. N.Y. Strip Grinder was pretty big and full offlavor. Great steak taste in this sandwich. Would easily get that again. Would not go back . Not my cup of tea.. nor what I expected. I expected a sit-down restaurant. It's a fast food place .
I was enticed by other reviewers experience to try this place. The food options are great. I ordered the caprese chicken burger... through doordash. My issue with the restaurant is customer service. I walked in, I wasn't acknowledged, nor a we'll be rightwith you. I was completely ignored until the cook came and was nice enough to speak. I'm hoping that was an off day but if yourstaff can't even take two minutes to say anything. I don't want to eat there. Made me feel unwelcomed big-time. Plus mysandwich/burger was cold. Ugh!!!
