If you like Bagels Plus in Plainville and think this will be the same or as good, it?s neither. The bagel tasted stale and cold.... The cream cheese tasted strange and I could only eat half the bagel before I just couldn?t bear it anymore. I have been to your business 4 times in the last month and a half. The first time we had 2 sausage egg cheese bagels and it was... delicious. The 2nd and 3rd time we went before your posted close time of 12pm and the doors were locked. The 4th time we wentat 11:30 am and we were told your grill was turned off so we couldn't get our sausage, egg and cheese bagel. You only hadbagels and cream available to order. Based on your bio this is a small business that is family run. I would think being a smallbusiness you would want to provide exceptional service and provide that service in the business hours you have on your website.
