The worst experience with costumer service. I waited in line to order my food while the worker looked at me, and asked can... she help me from across the room. I told her I wanted to place order, and of course she was too far to hear me so she asked meagain I I told her that's why I didn't want to yell across. So she ended up telling me I have to order thu the kiosk machine I told her I wasnt familiar with it if she could help me.. she walked away and told me I have to wait. Not even was politeabout it. Not sure what hours this manager works, but on the weekends late night, The manager who handles the drive thru always comes... thru, fast, polite and never says the ice cream machine is down!! Props to him, he deserves to be taken care of Read more

I can't speak for the drive-thru, but it took over 20 minutes to get our very simple order even though we were the only people... inside and the drive-thru had no more than one car every few minutes. Very strange. Read more
