The workers should answer the phone more in case a customer is calling about their order.
The guy behind the counter is SO unhappy at this place. I was going to order a drink and while I was in line I observed how he... treated the couple ahead of me. When the couple ordered their donuts the counter guy shrugged and rubbed his head with bothhands like, it was such an inconvenience. After he manhandle the chocolate glazed donuts the couple said "not those but thechocolate donuts". Well he threw his hands up in the air. The couple were so nice and sweet I was dumbfounded. So when I walkedup and ordered my drink he gave me that look like I was taking up his time for nonsense, hello you work here. All I wanted was aStrawberry dragon fruit drink and since he gave me the look like it was a complicated order ( I ordered directly from the menuno customization) I left since he had better things to do.This person does not belong in the customer service industry. I use to stop every morning and get a coffee on my way to work until the heavy set African American girl that works drive... through in the mornings at 6:45 started working there. She is rude, nasty, rushes you when your ordering and gives you aattitude if she has to repeat herself. Definitely not what you want to deal with in the morning on your way to work. Hire someemployees that are more pleasant and maybe your store will get its business back ! Read more
