Tried going an hour before they closed and they were out of steamed white rice with zero plans to make more. Not sure how that's... even okay, that's like McD's running out of fries. We were in the mood for salmon and this restaurant was listed in Google Maps. It was close to our hotel so we decided to try it.... It's a small Hawaiian diner that has the most tender blackened salmon we've ever tried. I was worried it would be spicy or toopeppery, but it was simply delicious! It was served with a mango salsa, salad, and our choice of rice and beans that had acoconut cream sauce over it that was amazing. I love coconut cream but had never tried it in a simple sauce over rice. Ourmeal was in foil tins that made it easy to seal and take our leftovers to the hotel to finish later in the evening. The servingstaff were pleasant and seemed to really like their job. The Hawaiian music in the background gave the place a very tropicalatmosphere.
