Love Costco and the food court but hate the fact that you can't order whole pizzas online.
I love Costco. A Costco sheet cake and tub of Kirkland vanilla ice cream is heaven in my books. But, I just give them 5 stars... until the pandemic is over and the sample tables go back to giving out ACTUAL samples of trail mix, mini hot dogs and HotPockets. None of this ?here?s a cheese plate we?ve enclosed in a display case for your viewing pleasure.? No ? just give me asample. So, yeah, I guess what I am saying is ? go get vaccinated so we can get back to pre-pandemic samples. Read more
Everyone knows about Costco. Buy in bulk. Rotisserie chicken is best. But it's their loss leader to get you in the store

Be very careful when you decide to order a whole pizza at Costco Bountiful. So I finish my shopping (over $300 as usual) and... decide to order a whole pizza to take home to the family. Walk to the kiosk and purchase my pizza and I?m order #56. I wait? Iwait? 30 minutes later they are calling up orders #?s in the 80?s so I go up to ask. They say sorry but whole pizzas have towait their turn and we had a couple of large orders called in that are ahead of you. (Wish the kiosk would?ve said my 1 wholepizza was going to take over 50 minutes) 45 minutes later and the frozen items in my cart now defrosted, they are now callingnumbers in the 100?s. A woman walks up to me and asked what number I am. She was #55. I told her I was #56 but they called hernumber 10 minutes ago. (Apparently they only call your number once and if you don?t hear them it?s your bad) she was visiblyupset but thanked me as she walked away with her order. After 50 minutes my order #56 was called and my pizza was finally ready(Just after order #122 was called). Apparently management thinks this is a good policy. So the moral of this story is? if Iwould?ve ordered 6 individual slices and paid $1.99 more I would have had my whole pizza in 5 minutes. But because I ordered awhole pizza I was forced to wait 50 minutes with a shopping cart full of perishables. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE COSTCO!! Read more
