Absolutely spectacular BBQ. I?ve missed good brisket since I left Houston, and Smokin Bones is all that. My meal was amazing,... and I would recommend the marbled brisket to anyone. It is gluten friendly, which was helpful to me, and the staff are helpfuland friendly. I?ve been told it is run by a family, and they sure act like they actually get along and have a good time. Honestly, I love Smokin Bones. I do. The food is great when it?s great?.but that isn?t always the case. I?ve been coming here... pretty regularly for over 5 years. And in all that time, I think every time I go, there is an entirely new crew of what seems tobe 13-14 year old kids (where do they even come from, there?s new kids working there every other week?!)who never know whatthey?re doing. Orders are almost constantly mixed up, confused, items missed, or in the case of this photo?.could I get someactual pizza with my crust please? If you want amazing BBQ, come here, really. I was pleasantly surprised going to the bbq place. I?m pretty critical of bbq but this place did a pretty great job. The turkey... was very flavorful. The pulled pork was great. The mac and cheese was amazing! The only reason I didn?t give them 5 stars wasthat the ribs were a bit on the dry side and didn?t have much flavor and the brisket was a bit chewy and bland.
