Absolutely ridiculous. Placed an order online with a 10 minute wait for pickup. Have been waiting for an hour and the food still... isn't done. Out of control. No management. I am just in disbelief about how this place is run. Read more
2pm on Thursday, not exactly lunch rush. 25 minutes for burger and fries. I know you're good, at least my first few visits were.... But seriously... I watched my burger sit unwrapped for 4 minutes. Then continued sitting for 3 more minutes before I got halfcold fries tossed in, I had assumed I was being made to wait for fresh fries. Nope. Could be tough to go back. Read more
Oreo shake - amazing! Cherry on top? Freestyle Coke machine. Was happy they have a lettuce wrap burger.
