They don't follow the operating hours posted. Waited at the drive thru then came around to go into the lobby. Doors were locked... and lights were off. This was at 11 am when they should be opened. Read more
Chose this establishment because of the indoor playground. I'd never eaten at an Arctic Circle. Ordered a hot dog. It came with... fries. Nice choice of diet Pepsi drinks. My associates placed their orders, and we gave them a name for when order was ready. Wewere off to the play area. Play area was nicely air conditioned. Lots of room for families. Didn't take long for food to beready. This surprised me as the drive through was crankin'. I was surprised too that before my hot dog was cooked, it had beensliced long ways, then cooked. It had great flavor. Unfortunately, the bun was not fresh. But that slicing of the dog made itfill the bun better. The fries were outstanding This next comment is not directed exclusively at Arctic Circle. And I realizethat Utah is unique. But dang! Does everything have to come fry sauce? Really. My associates all ate like kids in a playground.I hate to bring up any negative comments, because I think they could have been short staffed. The floor was messy and theplayground area was dirty.
