I would give ZERO stars if I could. RUDE employees, wrong ingredients and would not change order, help or refund. "Manager" also... standing on a chair in violation of OSHA with no gloves or anything to fill ice and yelling across store about violating law. Weordered online and were very careful about selections because of dietary restrictions. I checked the order before submitting andit was correct. After submitting, it routed me to Naches, WA (at least 100 miles away) and then when we got our order it wascompletely wrong. We opened them in the parking lot and immediately took them inside, but they refused to make us new ones. Weleft the sandwiches on the counter because we couldn't eat them. They would not refund or make new and said could only make whatcame in through system, which was obviously messed up. They laughed at us for having an issue and the manager was a completejerk. I ordered a foot long Italian BMT to be toasted with pepper jack cheese. Asked her if ready for veggies since was drive... through. Resonse was not, toast in after put cheese then ask you. Ok thanks. At checkout window, paid, but aaid card won't goth Er cough unless you put a tip on it. Gave option of 10% 15% 20% up to 30%. No custom tip and not option to say no tip. Idid 10%. I went to meet husband to share, no cheese, not toasted. Had to get to the school ontime so unable to go back. I amtransplant and have to have toasted. This was horrible experience. I ordered a veggie sandwich on 3/10/22 at 3pm through the app. Picked it up to find it missing ingredients and smothered in... mayonnaise. Completely disgusting. I?m so disappointed and ended up throwing this away. On 3/9/22 at 9 am I ordered from theapp and got a sandwich that was great. Was hoping to repeat that but apparently the good employees work in the A.M. Read more

Excellent customer service!! The lady we talked to while getting our sandwiches made was so funny and nice, talked up the new... menu and sauces, gave us samples, and was all-around incredibly friendly. I ended up giving her a 50% tip, because it's not onlythe best Subway experience I've had in forever, it's probably one of the best experiences I've had in Bonney Lake in general.I'll definitely be coming back to this location, and the reason for this is entirely because of her outstanding service thisevening. ????
