Food is decent. The service is good. The drive-thru line moves pretty slow though.
I have been to this Wendy’s proximately five times and all five times I have left after waiting 20 minutes in line in the line... not moving. If this Wendy’s cannot serve the public in the way that it was meant they need to just close down. Regardless ofbeing understaffed if you can’t sever the people close the restaurant!!! Excellent service! Their dining room was closed due to being understaffed and the drive through line was at least 10 cars deep.... I had placed a mobile order for counter pickup so I called when I arrived to let them know I would be outside. In spite of themrunning ragged to try to keep up, they brought the food out to my vehicle and were apologetic. No need to apologize! Don’t expect them to give you hot food when you order via UberEats. I love Wendy’s. But every single time I order via... UberEats, (which is several times a week) my burgers are always uncooked and cold, fries are cold and hard as rocks or cold andunappetizing, my Frosties have been melted and warm, my dog won’t even eat it!
