Ordered the Thursday special for $10.29 with 2 sides. Get to the register. There are 3 poorly trained employees behind the... counter. They rang it up the meal was almost $15.00. FOR A $10.29 +6% tax = $10.91. I left and came back and said I will paythe $10.91. I was told "I was rude and to pay the wrong amount" and to come back tomorrow and talk to à manager. Citing theywere trainee's and it wasn't their problem. This occurred at eproximatley 6pm on 7-20. Very poor management and scheduling. Read more
Terrible service. I ordered a BLT wrap and the girl was going to put TWO pieces if bacon on it!! I googled how many pieces are... supposed to be on the wrap and it showed 8 pieces. I told her this and she put 6 total on it. The people working were not payingattention to the customers but talking to their friends that were running through the store. With only about 3 people ahead ofme or still took about 45 minutes to get through the line. Was just awful! There was an older lady that was 'training',, she wasthe best one there. Read more
Absolutely horrible manager. Has no people skills. Treats employees like worse than dirt. Can't run a business, constantly... closes the store because employees quit because she's such an awful person. Came here 2x?s. First time was on July 4th. Ladies working were great and made a good sandwich. Second time I came they burned... almost all the bread tops and I asked for one less crispy. Sandwich was ok and wrapped terribly. I get it they are pretty muchall trainees there at the moment. What the young male teen can do though is not touch his hair, hat and pull up his pants whilewearing gloves and touching other people?s sandwiches. As well as touching the register, ugh! Read more
