I love Dairy Queen so much, every time I see a sign on the road I always stop BUT this one is the Worst Dairy Queen I?ve ever... stop, I think this is the last time I?ll eat at DQ again. I ordered strawberry banana blizzard, as soon as they handed it to meit looks pale you can?t even see fruits in it or taste it. My husband ordered banana split his was worst too. We asked to putmore fruits and correct our order the two ladies just raised their voice and admitted they put little bit of fruits and thatthey follow by the book. The French fries were hard not the one I use to know about DQ fries. The manager asked what we wereupset about he just wrote it down and didn?t even correct it. So sad, with prices going up higher, quality goes down. DO NOTSTOP at this DQ, it?s not worth spending your hard earned money here. Our complain wasn?t resolved. I got here just as they closed at 6:30 pm. Should?ve stayed open till at least the 7:00 pm I just read that they are supposed to... be open till. The fact I can?t leave right now leaves me with no way to get anything from inside the store and as I?ve beensitting here I?ve watched over 2 dozen other customers pull up, some with obvious immediate bathroom needs throw their hands upin frustration because they can?t get inside. Tried DQ for the first time. Bought a cheeseburger with Cheese Curds. The cheeseburger was ok, bought the cheapest option. The... cheese curds were delicious. Definitely a better option than fries. Can definitely add that this DQ is clean and spot less. I'mhonestly impressed how clean it is here. Definitely will return in the future. Read more
Zero stars because customer service was not great and the order was not completely correct. The woman at the stand seen me... waiting at register did not Greet me turned her back and started doing other things. After minutes of her looking at us and notsaying anything and doing other things the guy next too her turned around and said I will be right with you. They both continuedto do things. Then the guy was finally able to take our order. He was nice but didn't seem to know how to take our order. As Iwanted a Oreo milk shake and it was not on the register kiosk. So we where patiently waiting we had to repeat our order a fewtimes. When our order came my country gravy was not in my chicken strip basket and they gave me bar b que sauce. Our toast hadno butter on any of the 3 bread chicken strip baskets. My son went up to exchange the bar b que sauce and the lady told him toshow her the receipt. So I grabbed my receipt seen it said barb que sauce and told her I specifically told the guy countrygravy. My son and husband heard it too. She said something to the guy then proceeded to give my gravy. Who knew it would be sohard to just order and enjoy a meal. Please Learn better customer service skills and get proper training.
