Placed an online order and was charged twice for some reason. Called and spoke to a female who proceeded to tell me she... couldn?t help me out because ?it?s the dinner rush and we?re busy now.? Arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my food and inquireabout the double charge. At the time, there were no customers and the employee in front was on her phone behind a cooler. Shetold me to come back the next day to speak with a manager and didn?t know how to correct the double charge. I was just reallybaffled by the whole interaction so I took my food and left.
