Put in an online order ahead of time for fast pick up. Once arrived for pickup it took 50 mins to get our food. Completely... unacceptable. Once home we found they gave us Brown rice instead of white and now one of my kids won't eat. Unfortunately Idon't think I'll be back. We used to love this place but it has progressively gotten worse over the last few years. Read more

The chow mein every time I come here is pretty gross. It?s cooked too long, and I never want to take more than 2 bites because... the flavor is so bad. I ordered here frequently enough to know now that?s how it is and it?s not just a one time bad batch. Read more

We like Panda Express and eat their offerings once every month or two. We would likely go there more frequently if it weren't... for a lack of consistency with taste and quality. Sometimes the chow mein is doughy, other times it has too much oil, sometimesit has too many vegetables. The Orange Chicken never quite tastes the same. Sometimes it's undercooked, other times it'sovercooked, or not fresh. Sometimes they will forget to add items requested with the order, such as sweet and sour sauce, orteriyaki sauce. I've been eating at many different Panda Express restaurants over the years to know how it should taste. Thislocation isn't the best I've tried, nor is the worst; it's in between. Read more

I ordered through the drive through. I was told it would be just a couple minutes so if I could pull around to the front and... they would run my food out to me. I waited over an hour. I then walked in waiting by the cashier and nobody came over to talk tome for about 15 minutes. Then I asked if I could just get a refund. They brought the manger out and he explained how he can?tissue a refund cause the corporate doesn?t allow it in store. So he had to print off some paper work to send in to corporate. That alone took him another 20 minutes. Not to fill it out, just to print off the papers. We filled out the paper and now he hasto email it to corporate and they have to ?approve? my refund and it takes about 5-7 days to happen. I have worked in the foodindustry for years. I was as patient as I could be. But bad customer service and not showing any eager to help me out in any waywhile taking your time with it, I can only be so patient for so long. Don?t lie about food times if it won?t be a couple ofminutes. You?re a fast food restaurant. Waiting over an hour and having to wait a week for a refund is crazy Read more

For the second time in A month we have gone to this location and had to wait 10 to 30 minutes for an entrée only to have them... bring out our food missing an entrée we didn?t realize wasn?t there until we got our food home. The first time this happened wewere told to pull into the parking lot to wait for our food and we were completely forgotten about and had to go back inside 30to 40 minutes later and asked if it was ready it was they had just forgotten about us. we were very disappointed both times andwe won?t be coming to this location again Read more
