I tried to place a pickup order. First call went to voicemail. Second call I got connected. I tried to place an order. I was... asked what time am I coming to get it, I asked what time would it be ready? I was told I?m not sure if we have it. If they didmaybe 15 minutes. Then was told just to come by? If I am placing a pickup order I would like to know what time it?s expected tobe ready so that I am not waiting in store. I usually really like this place. I like the food but the last time I was there the drive thru worker was very rude. Rushing me... during the order, then he was upset when I got to the window and asked for medium drinks instead of small (never asked me whatsize I wanted), and giving me a mean look while standing there for a good 5 sec staring me down. Giving attitude when possible.They weren't even busy I was the only car and it was mid day no where near closing... Maybe the Orem one is better but I justhaven't gone. Read more
Man the workers are rude here. Zero smile, no thank you or you?re welcome. Annoyed I had a Wasatch savings to use. Sorry your... place of employment contracts with that? Not sure how that warranted being rude when I mentioned it. Instantly rude when I askedfor a water cup. You?d think this comes directly from their wages. My husband and I really like the food but we have been to this location numerous times and have asked for specific sauces while... ordering, and then request again for those sauces at the window. We have never received our correct sauces at this location,even when we pay for them. This has become extremely frustrating.
