It's chicken the way you pretend you make it. Update, requested dark meat only a it is a menu option. They said they didn't have... enough to fill the dark meat only order but did for original recipe. It was the middle of the day Saturday. Were they runningout if chicken or just being jerks? Well I vote the later because you are supposed to be able to select between the two. And ifit was an issue then they would only have enough for 2 more orders and then close. Nope they lost my business at least thislocation. Decided to improve the star rating based on the fact we still frequent this store. I am sure it is hard to find helpthese days. You can't be picky when you don't have options. Currently quality as up to usual expectations. Update: stopped by topick up a hamburger. I paid and they asked me to pull forward. I did and the remaining 3 cars in line were served and then noone else in line. No one was pulling in and the restaurant was empty. After 15 minutes I pulled into the parking lot and went tospeak with the manager. I asked for my money back and also found they never even put the order in. The problem was with the 2girls staffing the drive through. I don't think they understood my order. They spoke a different language to each other so itmay have been a lack of understanding what I ordered. The manager took very good care of me. I hope that the staff will get theproper motivation to take care of the customer. I don't think those two girls should have been order takers as they seemed tonot fully understand what people ordered unless it was a standard number on them menu. Read more

So here?s the deal. When you place an order online for kfc you?re given a time to pick it up. We did this today. Waited till the... time and walked in the store to pick it up. I told them I had an order and the look of surprise was significant. It becameobvious that my order wasn?t done. I was told the orders lag getting to the store. However, I doubt that it lagged 20 mins. Thefood was fine. But watching the store staff interacting made the fact I got any food at all even more shocking. Read more

Not only did they get my order wrong, I had to repeat it 4 times and they still got it wrong! We pull up to the window and they... have us pull all the way around to the main entrance again because our food isn?t ready. Now if you?ve ever pulled back out ofthis restaurant and tried to turn left, and then back IN to the restaurant, it?s next to impossible. So we pull back around andthey take about 20 minutes to bring us our order. By the time they get us our order, the chicken is still raw (after supposedlywaiting for it to cook for 20 minutes), and the root beer we bought seemed like it didn?t have any sugar in it? I?m notexaggerating here? like the flavor was there, but it was TERRIBLY bitter. I?ve never experienced anything like it. KFC, PLEASEget this fixed. Like the root beer is the best part, and the chicken is the second best part. You?ve managed to screw up the twothings a KFC/A&W should do right! I want my money back. Read more

I?m not usually one to leave a review but? fair warning if you?re going to order from here. Ordered take out, the receipt on the... bag was correct so didn?t feel the need to open the sealed bag (that was a mistake.) it was the COMPLETELY wrong order. Not asingle thing was correct. Had to drive back to the restaurant- they made us give the food back (I?m hoping and praying they didnot resell it) but also, why not just have us keep it? What a waste of food. Got the right order eventually but every personthere was very unkind. Working in customer service, HUGE red flags. My expectations for fast food aren?t high, this place didn?treach bare minimum. told her it was burnt but they tell me its good. Won?t give money back they only want to replace the chicken. I miss the old kfc... when there was a small buffet if any of y?all remember those days. This modern kfc is trash I think I would be better off eatingout of a trash can Read more
