They charged me wayy extra when I only ordered 1 small burrito. I noticed the extra charge and called them. Manager answered... said she was already aware of it and I could come back anytime and get a refund. It was just sad mush! I brought my niece who had been begging to visit. She had a child's hamburger with fries. The fries we... warm and good, but the hamburger was flat as a pancake like it had been smashed in a pile of other hamburgers left under a hotlamp. The meat was dry. Now the only other way to have dry meat is if it's been reheated in a microwave. I ordered 2 smalltacos and a burrito. Unfortunately I couldn't even finish them. The 2 tacos were simply refried beans and sliced iceberglettuce. Because they had been cooked before and sat in a wrapper under a heat lamp they were sweating. The wrapper stuck likeglue to the bitter tasting wrap. I tried to eat the burrito but the same thing seemed to be happening. They had pre-cooked ahuge bunch of these, wrapped them, and put them all under a heat lamp. I was expecting to have meat, a bit of refried beans,tomatoes, cheese, etc. But all I got was an overloaded, soggy, sweaty refried bean burrito. If there was anything else in it, Icouldn't tell. I also couldn't understand why it was bitter tasting! I took about 4 bites and put it down. It's not worth thediarrhea afterwords. Read more
The food is good however every time I go there they always mess up my order in some way they don't prepare the food correctly as... it's supposed to I have been to other bill tacos in this one just does not seem to understand or listen. Read more
