Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Wendy?s. I got a 4 for $4.00 which should be hard to mess up? yet every item was made... poorly. Stale fries, no bacon on the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, no sauce with the chicken nuggets, no straw for the drink, gave thewrong drink. I?ve been the biggest Wendy?s fan since forever. But recently with the 4 for 4 basically being taken off the menu (now it?s the... biggie bag which used to be bigger and better but is now essentially the 4 for 4 except more expensive) and overall quality offood and service plummeting over the last two years, it?s just really not worth my time anymore. All my friends have alwayshated on Wendy?s whenever we?re deciding where to eat and I have always defended them saying the 4 for 4 deal was unmatched andthe burgers taste better than any other fast food joint. Not anymore. Every time I go now Wendy?s does me dirty. EVERY TIME.They either mess up my food or leave things out or overcharge me. It?s awful. And this Wendy?s is the worst of them. I have been to this location many times and it feels like 90% of the time there?s something wrong with my food. Either not... cooked all the way through, overcooked, something is missing or something is still on the sandwich that wasn?t supposed to. Thislast time was raw chicken. I waited for 20 minutes while 7 cars drove by with there food. They then walked out and asked me after 10 minutes what my order... was(I guess they had lost it). Then after another ten minutes they brought me half my order. They never once apologized forlosing my order or having me wait for 20 minutes for a burger and nuggets.
