The sandwich has no where near the amount of meat it should and is absolutely destroyed with mayonnaise the picture shows a... fraction of what I had to scrape off. Not worth the price that I paid and makes me never want to eat firehouse again if this iswhat it ends up with. Read more
Slowest location to order from during lunch. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one regular and one gluten free and it took them 20 minutes... to make them. This after waiting 10 min to place the order. Read more
Great variety of sandwiches, with sizes S (4?), M (8?), and L (12?). They proudly display that they were started by firemen.... They fundraise for good causes by rounding up purchases to the next dollar. The aesthetic is much like a fire station and it?seasy to see that menu of their menu items were imagined on long days as fire fighters. Read more
Similar experience with others. We went here and was greeted with signs on the door to order through the app... fine, I... understand about staff shortages. We go back in the car and proceed to order. After we order, we get a call and they tell usthat they are out of white bread.... This would have been nice for them to mention when we walked in the store and they told usto order online. Again fine, I understand about food shortages. We then wait in the parking lot and see many people go in andpick up orders. We go in and ask if our order is ready, they say it is almost done.... we wait another 20 minutes.... We wonderif they are going to ever tell us it is ready.... We go back in and it is sitting there waiting... Even during shortages andissues, small things can still have a big impact on returning customers. This location is going downhill very fast. I hope itturns around.
