Normally the worst part of going to Chipotle is dealing with workers who make you feel like you?re inconveniencing them. This... was not the case here. The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Hayden was very polite and went out of his way to make usfeel welcomed. This was by far my best experience at a Chipotle and I will continue to visit this location. Read more
long work and travel day, was finally able to stop and get a bite to eat. i ordered online. the bag indicated that i got my... bowl, chips, and utensils included. silly me for not checking the bag before i got back to my hotel. i only got the bowl. nochips or utensils. i?m so sick of chipotle forgetting items. it happens at nearly every location. Great place, sometimes. The food is really good and usually very fresh, but as someone who orders pickup, this place has a knack... for giving me a completely different portion every single time. Other than that, the workers are very quick and friendly. Notbad for a quick lunch. Read more
This store always has issues with running out of food items. Normally, it?s chips. Today, they ran out of all meat upfront. But... the best part is, those of us that stood in line all saw fresh pans of meat taken over to the mobile order side. The MANAGERtold us in line that we had to wait 15 mins for the next batch, instead of splitting the pans in half with the mobile orderside. So, instead of serving the people that actually come inside and wait in a long line. They put it on the mobile side and weall watch about 15+ bags just sit on the mobile order shelves just waiting to be picked up! I think this manager needs moretraining or needs to be demoted. I go to this location every Thursday night and it?s always something. I understand because I?veworked food service over 5+ years. But, this store needs better management. There?s no reason to be out of ALL meat upfront atthe START of the dinner rush. P.S. Make enough Chips for the whole day! Read more
