Rude service, You can hear employees curse and complain from the kitchen. Be prepared to wait a long time to even be... acknowledged. Staff can be found outside smoking. Items are poorly packed. Hot items packed with cold. Items leaking andcontainers were open. Double check your order as staff will forget items like beverages. Really good Italian food. The food was okay. The waiter not so much. We were severed food and he ran away as fast as he... could.He didn't care that we had no silverware. We had to wait and flag down another waitress for silverware, we got calamariand had to ask for lemon, I ordered a Blue Moon and had to ask for it 3 times before we got it. I asked for a glass of waterand never got it. Someone stated it was a birthday in our group. No acknowledgment of what was said to him. We did notice hewas all into a woman waitress. Carrabba's in general has slid back in comparison to recent years - eliminating the pizza from the menu with the previously... active wood fired ovens now covered over, and prices are substantially higher with the smaller portions. Welcome to 2022. Pros- waiter was attentive. The wait staff here are trained well. Cons - I'm no longer certain if food is made scratch any longer- or simply reassembled from kits made elsewhere. Restaurant seems re-positioned for takeout versus a quality dine-inexperience. For the amount of chicken, steak, etc. on the menu, you neither see nor hear a lot of cooking going on in thekitchen that faces the dining room. I saw a lot of action at the microwave and plastic bags/covered being removed from items.You don't even smell the garlic in the air from the garlic-seasoned broccoli.
