Had a horrible experience here with an employee with glasses and lavender hair and septum ring who wad working the drive through... window. She neglected to wear a name tag, probably so she could continue to be horribly rude to patrons without anyconsequence/people being able to call her out on her poor behavior by name. This location also had trash littered all over thefront and was disgusting. They incorrectly made our drinks, my extra foam drink had less than half an inch of foam. Wouldabsolutely never recommend anyone go here this wad an absolutely horrible experience. Don't recommend anyone going here and willlikely switch to Dunkin instead after such poor service and experience. Read more
So dissapointed with my experience there. Ordered 5 triple espressos, an iced coffee and a strawberry acai. After i left i... noticed they only gave me 4 triple espressos and after i measured them, they were actually 3 triple espressos. So instead of 15paid espressos i ended up receiving 9. Shame on them for scamming people! And they gave me no receipt. I?ll never go thereagain. Watch out when you order more drinks, because it is easy for them to scam you! Read more
Good location. Nice Baristas. But the music is TOO LOUD!!!! SBX is a COFFEE SHOP, not a club or bar. We come here for coffee... and conversation. And we have to SHOUT to hear each other.
