Went here several times now, most of the visits have been good with getting the teriyaki burger with pineapple or the new... pretzel bun burger with a deep saucer of cheese. Decent selection of beer and other drinks, prices are so so, but did get touse a birthday coupon for a free burger which was nice. Read more
Food was excellent. I enjoy frequenting any Red Robin establishments. Normally, it's always a good experience. But tonight was... different. Tonight i had the best customer service i have ever had from any restaurant that I have ever been to in my entirelife. And I have eaten at so many places. I have eaten at top tier establishments that don't even come close to the hospitalityand service my family and I recieved. I'd like to give a very special thank you to your waitress Kim. She is the definition ofthe perfect waitress. A waitress that every restaurant is looking for. I really hope this review is read by management or theowner of this branch and she is given a raise or even a promotion. I will drive 47 miles again to this restaurant just to beserved by this exceptional woman. She brought my family great joy and comfort while dining at Red Robin. (Kim, keep on beingawesome! Everyone is normally super friendly and service great. Wait times are typically a little long but food is almost always good.... Tonight I got a curbside order with sunset lemonade and was given strawberry instead. Their menu states sunset lemonade haslemonade, citrus juice, pineapple juice and pear flavor. I am HIGHLY allergic to strawberries and will go into anaphylacticshock. Since it was dark I didn't see it and I did wait until I got home before I went to drink it. If I wouldn't of waiteduntil I got home and drank some in the car on my way back it would of ended up badly. I am also 9 months pregnant so it's notjust me it would of done something to. If sunset lemonade comes with strawberry they should update their menu to reflect that.Just be mindful to triple check that their menu is correct. Read more
