We never have good experiences at this BPs. But last night takes the cake. We called to see if we could get a reservarion and... were told since we had no kids we would have to eat in the lounge. Then werw hung up on. We took our chances and headed in.We're sat promptly. And orders taken. However 2 out of 3 orders came out wrong and had to be sent back and the third order wewere told was gluten free but ended up not being such. We were double charged for a meal which the manager did make right in theend but the hassle just not worth it. Read more
3rd time here and still slow service. Waitresses don't ask how your meal is, over bother coming around to see if you would like... another drink. My wife and I have asked our server 3 times for 2 glasses of water. And asked another. We waved at the managerans she simply walked away. Wont be coming back here again. I had a terrible experience with both the online ordering system and the restaurant. I ordered a pizza and salad online while... traveling and staying at a hotel. I selected my address from the dropdown menu. When I placed my order, the order was sent tothe wrong location. I called the restaurant (and only got through after 20 min of unanswered calls) and asked if the order couldbe redirected to my correct address and the restaurant refused. Not only is that a waste of my money but it is a waste of food.I received no assistance from the restaurant manager whatsoever. Instead I was advised to spend more money and order again. Thedelivery person was kind enough to contact me and bring my order to the correct address. When I received the order, the saladwas missing. The delivery person apologized for the restaurant's error.
