This A&W has been long known for serving good hot food. However the bathrooms were as usual, needing attention. But the biggest... problem here is the unfriendly staff. As soon as you step up to the counter, you feel like you're intruding. Don't expect abasic greeting like, "hi, how are you today", or "hi, how can I help you today?" Just the usual "to stay or go?"... Usuallysaid so fast and with a scowl, it makes you think twice about why you made the effort to come, especially in cold winterweather. I would strongly recommend some P. R. (public relations) training for all present and future employees. It would makesuch a difference in dining here! Read more
