Let’s start off with the food. The pizza and the steak were actually the only decent thing that we got. But everything else... was undercooked, the truffle fries, the veggies with the steak and the pasta was hard. At least we got free bread (yet stillburnt). Now onto the service. The two woman were very unprofessional as they are laughing behind the bar the whole time notpaying attention to their tables. Once we were the only ones left in the restaurant the guy from the kitchen came out and thenthey started talking about rude customers in front of us to hear, like go in the kitchen to do that. Now the best part thebills! It didn’t happen to only us as we were charged an extra $45 for food we did not order as well as the table behindus. Once we let them know about that they said their fake story’s and proceeded to add another water on the bill! Yes weunderstand paying for “flat water” but you can’t charge for the first one when you don’t ask us. Lastly the automaticgratuity! This restaurant is clearly not up to date with Bill 81 in Ontario which clearly states “No person who owns oroperates an eating establishment shall charge any customer an automatic service charge”. When you’re charging an 18% servicecharge at least have the decency to make sure our bill is correct. Read more

My friends and I came to celebrate my birthday here and we made reservations but they didn't have seating available so we sat in... their lounge area and enjoyed our food there. Read more
Beautifully plated, delicious food. The ambience was well thought out. We went for family dinner, I think next time we will... leave the kids and just have a delicious date night out. Read more

Most people don’t leave negative reviews if they are really upset, I am leaving one in the hopes that the owners if they care,... will take note. We ate at the restaurant and the Risotto dishes were amazing. I could not say the same thing about the Gnocchithat was fried. I mentioned this to our server in a friendly and positive manner, honestly because I thought the restaurant wasquite good. Unfortunately, the server’s tone was defensive and somewhat condescending explaining that the dish is quitepopular, no argument here, but it did not need to come across in an aggressive manner. I did not leave a tip because I wasquite upset with the way I was treated . I did mention it to the server on my way out and he got quite confrontational. It wasmy mistake to mention this in the first place. I should have swallowed my pride, kept my mouth shut, left a modest tip anddon’t set foot in this restaurant again. It is unfortunate, I thought the restaurant was quite good if the folks servingcustomers listen better and don’t disrespect them. Dining is an experience that needs to be pleasant.
