Was there yesterday (Saturday)evening. Ordered and paid. My husband didn't realize to tip. The girl on cash looked at the... receipt, walked to the girl that was bagging our order, whispered. Visited this location and ordered three regular veggies burritos, employee charged us for 1 large instead, upon asking she said... that you ordered large. when I responded with No, employee said it?s already paid now in very rude way. We made the order veryclearly for three regular size only. The Large burrito was already completely open, Medium salsa was just water with no taste,roasted veggies were not properly roasted.Very poor customer service, as a former quesada supervisor (4 years at quesada) and asa regular customer, I don?t recommend this location. My bowl tasted awful. The chicken had zero flavour and the texture was off. Really poor quality. I don?t know why there was so... much liquid in my bowl, but it was disgusting and everything tasted watered down. So much soggy lettuce and I ate it immediatelyafter purchasing (so it wasn?t sitting there for a while for it to turn soggy). Was bad I had to toss it. Waste of money, don?trecommend. Read more
